The temperature can be set to display in either Celsius or Fahrenheit and the unit also records the high and low temperature levels which may be of interest and can be set to display either all time highs and lows or simply the readings for the last 24 hour period.

The indoor display is powered by 2 x AAA batteries, the wireles temperature sensor is powered by 2 x AA batteries (batteries are not included) The indoor display (76 x 110 x 22mm) can be either wall mounted or table standing with the included base stand. When placing the wireless temperature sensor outside always find a sheltered location away from direcr rain.
