The Panasonic eneloop AA battery charger BQ-CC55 (including 4 x eneloop White AA batteries) is an 'intelligent' battery charger suitable for charging all AA and AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries. This top quality battery charger is extremely popular, very well made and very easy to use.

The BQ-CC55 eneloop battery charger is intelligent on a per battery basis and what this means is that it can independently charge 1,2 3 or 4 batteries at a time and can also charge AA and AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries simultaneously. Supplied with 4 x eneloop 2000mAh AA NiMH batteries (BK-3MCDE).

Although a relatively quick charger, approximately three hours for fully drained eneloop AA batteries, the BQ-CC55 efficiently charges batteries and is therefore the perfect battery charger for use with any good quality AA or AAA NiMH rechargeable battery and especially the superb eneloop AA's included.

The charging progress is controlled by Smart Charge, which continuously checks the voltage and temperature of your batteries and automatically ends the charging process on a per battery basis for spot-on charging of each battery each and every time. The eneloop battery charger has 4 colour changing LEDs that cleverly indicate the progress of charging for each battery (red: 0-20%, yellow: 20-80%, green: 80-99%, after full charge the LED turns off). In addition, the charger can signal a potential battery problem through yellow blinking LEDs. A blinking red LED indicates a charging error (eg, wrong type or defective batteries).
